Focusing on the dissemination and exploitation of project results and the consolidation of a network of stakeholders interested in promoting AI-driven circular economy research, innovation and education.
This WP focuses on the dissemination and exploitation of project results and the consolidation of a network of stakeholders interested in promoting AI-driven circular economy research, innovation and education, also including RIS-countries. Through strategic communication planning, infrastructure development, and exploitation activities, this work package ensures that the project's impact extends beyond its duration.
This task involves establishing the communication infrastructure at the start of the project. This includes developing a comprehensive project website that will serve as the central hub for disseminating project information, updates, and results. Social media accounts on LinkedIn will be created to enable engagement with diverse stakeholders, including academia, industry, policymakers, and the general public. The project will also integrate with the EIT portal to maximize visibility, create a project repository for storing and sharing outputs, and establish a distribution list to streamline communication with stakeholders. A set of promotional materials will include roll-up, bags, flyers, brochures, and posters, all with the clear project visual identity.
This task focuses on the development and execution of a strategic Communication and Dissemination Plan (PDECA). This plan will outline clear strategies for reaching target audiences and promoting project activities and results. It will detail approaches for utilizing digital platforms, organizing dissemination events, and publishing findings in academic and industry forums. A timeline of planned dissemination activities, such as Info Days, webinars, and publications, will ensure that outreach efforts are consistent and impactful. Additionally, educational short videos created after each secondment performed and event organized will be promoted through the project YouTube channel and short reels. The project will record two promotional videos and create an annual Newsletter. A series of podcasts will also be organized and recorded.
This task addresses the exploitation of project results, ensuring that the outcomes have a lasting impact beyond the project duration. This involves sharing best practices and experiences with other HEIs, particularly those in RIS countries, through open forums and matchmaking webinars. The project will identify potential industrial and academic partners to further exploit results, fostering collaborations that enhance the practical application of outcomes. A detailed Roadmap for Exploitation, including strategies for intellectual property (IP) management, licensing opportunities, and commercialization, will be developed. Success stories and case studies highlighting the impact of exploitation activities will be documented and shared. An IP Committee will be established to oversee the management and exploitation of results, including patent applications and licensing opportunities, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
In M3, the entire communication infrastructure as well as the first communication and dissemination plan of the project will be made available to the project consortium. In M9, M15 and M25, the dissemination activities will be published in two interim as well as a final report.
KPI Performance Reports will be delivered for phase 1 and phase 2.
Partners will elaborate a comprehensive exploitation plan to clarify how the project results will be continued in the future.
